The cold snap added a bit of a crimp to training plans. The only option was to lose the post Xmas pounds by hitting the ergos. Gavin, allegedly snowed in, ‘kindly’ emailed in his coaching. Intervals are here…
Indoor training sessions for the New Year are:
Monday 1800 – 2000 Juniors only
Tuesday 1800-2030 Seniors and Vets
Wednesday 1730-1900 Juniors; 1900-2030 Seniors and Vets
Thursday ergo session from 1800 and/or 1900-2100 Circuits and pilates at Whickham School & Sports College [map...] all club members
Water sessions are:
Men’s squad – Tuesdays from 1800 on, Saturdays from 0800 (double session), Sundays from 0800 (double session)
Women’s squad – Saturdays from 0800 to 1000 then 1100 to 1230, Sundays from 0900 to 1100
Vets’ squad – Saturdays from 0800 to 1000 then 1030 to 1200, Sundays from 0800 – 1000.
Junior squad – Saturdays from 1300 to 1500, Sundays from 0900 to 1100
