Want to try rowing?
The club is now offering temporary membership to anyone who cannot row but is interested in learning. This will give membership of the club for 10 weeks, use of club equipment, automatic accident insurance cover and a guaranteed 2 hour coached session per week by a qualified rowing coach. Athletes will also be welcome during this time to take part in regular club sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.00 pm and at weekends by prior arrangement.
The following club membership fees were set at the AGM on 1st December 2009. The club year runs from September 1st to August 31st. Members are encouraged to pay monthly by Standing Order. If you have any questions about membership contact turc.membership@gmail.com
The Club does not wish to see anyone unable to take up club membership because of an inability to pay. Prospective members and current members experiencing changed financial circumstances are welcome to discuss their personal situations in confidence with the Club Treasurer and to see if an amicable arrangement regarding payment can be arrived at.
