A sunny, but breezy day greeted Tyne Head. Our expanding squad sent out a masters B double and a masters D 8 for the morning division and a status 8 for the afternoon division. Conditions weren’t kind and unfortunately we all struggled with the wind. Onwards and upwards to Trent Head next weekend.

A first racing outing in a double for Rachael and Emma, saw them win the T2 status race. A brilliant result, many congratulations!

A busy day at TURC for the women’s squad, helping organise the day and competing. There was an excellent turn out of women and we fielded a masters D 8; a status T2 8; and two masters C quads, one each at T1 and T2. Sone solid performances, with the T1 quad just being pipped
