Sessions are a mainly water based (weather permitting), with some land based work to complement the water work. Sessions are tailored to the ability of the participants and the weather conditions. This year sessions included skills, drills, technical work on starts and stroke work, side by side racing and a fabulous long row to the Millennium Bridge.
All participants must be able to single scull in a fine single, be a member of a BR affiliated Rowing club or equivalent and have access to a boat and blades.
