Masters Sculling Camp

Course 1: Sunday 21st – Wednesday 24th July 2024

Course 2: Thursday 25th – Sunday 28th July 2024

Sessions are a mainly water based (weather permitting), with some land based work to complement the water work. Sessions are tailored to the ability of the participants and the weather conditions. This year sessions included skills, drills, technical work on starts and stroke work, side by side racing and a fabulous long row to the Millennium Bridge.

All participants must be able to single scull in a fine single, be a member of a BR affiliated Rowing club or equivalent and have access to a boat and blades.

We have a small number of boats to hire for each camp. These will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Agreement to hire must be in place BEFORE you submit your booking. Please contact turc.mastersscullingcamp@gmail.com stating which week you would like to attend, and your weight.

Each day a hot, home cooked meal is provided at lunchtime. There are snacks available throughout the day too, as we all know that rowers are hungry when they get into the clubhouse!

£250 which includes coaching, use of facilities and food.
