And they are off!
Regatta season began for the Masters Women at Strathclyde Park on 28th/29th April
Rachael C, Rachel L, Sarah F, Kathryn, Sophie, Sarah C, Natalie, Angela and Claire competed in two quads, two doubles and a single across a range of categories. The conditions were best descirbed as testing, with strong winds and lumpy water, but at least it didn’t rain! We managed to bring home a win and a second, with strong performances by all crews, particularly Rachael who had the worst of the conditions in her single. Shopping was also successful, our kit bags replenished from the Crew Room stall.
A good weekend all round!
